Florian Bonnet is researcher at INED, and member of the World Inequality Lab at the Paris School of Economics. His research focuses on historical demography and economics and, in particular, the evolution of territorial disparities (mortality, fertility, income and wealth) in France over the long period. His research focuses on specific historical events too, such as interregional migration in France during the Second World War.

Hippolyte d’Albis is professor at the Paris School of Economics and senior researcher at CNRS. His research covers many aspects of economic demography and, in particular, issues related to international migration, intergenerational transfers, ageing, annuity markets, health, and housing. Hippolyte d'Albis is the director of the École HED – a graduate school of demography - associate editor of the Journal of Demographic Economics and the Journal of the Economics of Ageing, member of the editorial advisory board of the Public Finance Review, and director of the French team of the National Transfer Accounts network.
